Keep the vibe fun, safe, and engaging for all ages.
Hype up participants and celebrate their wins (big and small).
Handle party flow, timing, and transitions like a pro.
Work with your team to deliver a polished, high-quality experience every time.

Why This Job Pays Well:

This role comes with competitive pay because you’re not just supervising—you’re performing. You’re leading, entertaining, and delivering an incredible experience on premium, professional-grade ninja equipment. Your energy, personality, and ability to connect with kids directly impact how unforgettable each party is. We reward that level of responsibility and impact.

What We’re Looking For:

Big personality and natural enthusiasm.
Comfortable speaking to and leading groups of kids and parents.
Athletic or willing to learn obstacle course basics.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Passion for creating fun, high-energy experiences.
Weekend availability is required (this is when the parties happen!).

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in sports, coaching, childcare, or entertainment.
Love obstacle course racing, ninja warrior-style training, or fitness.
Can keep a group engaged, laughing, and moving nonstop.

Perks:

Great pay for high-energy, impactful work.
A fun, active environment (say goodbye to boring shifts).
Opportunities to grow into coaching or leadership roles.
Be part of a team that’s all about movement, excitement, and positive vibes.

If you’re ready to bring the hype, lead epic parties, and get paid well to make kids’ big days unforgettable, we want you on our team.
